The fourth leg of “Beggar’s Turn” is Rock Creek’s signature hole and an extremely demanding Par 4. Long hitters can try and drive the ponds, however, most players will have to lay up. A long iron is required off the tee which will leave a mid to long iron second shot to a very large green. A pond running the length of the right side combined with a ditch running down the left side into a small pond makes the tee shot demanding. Both ponds cross the fairway to a point, making the fairway about 8 yards wide. Second shots going left will find a pond beside the green; the size of the green makes yardage and club determination prime.
